Sometimes the houses people think they will be happy in are the money pits that drain our life savings. Donna has been in this business long enough to know exactly how to spot the kind of quick and cheap fixes that people use to try and move a house fast. Not only does she know how to spot these potential hazards, but she points them out. When my wife and I were looking for our first home, there were plenty we could have made an offer on, but Donna would point blank tell us about potential problems she saw and we would move on.
